What is 4 hands massage?

Two therapists work simultaneously on your body with coordinated and synchronised movements. The brain cannot follow two stimuli at once, which produces a state of deep relaxation impossible to achieve with a single therapist.

With one therapist, your mind tracks the movement and stays partly alert.
